Welcome to Aarsi. By accessing our website, social media platforms, or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

Aarsi is a fashion clothing brand based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete

  • You agree to comply with all brand policies

Aarsi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Representation

We strive to ensure product details and visuals are accurate. However:

  • Colors may slightly vary due to screen differences

  • Minor variations in fabric, stitching, or finish may occur

  • Sizes may vary slightly due to manual measurement

All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹)

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

  • Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment

International orders are accepted; however:

  • Shipping charges will be additional and calculated separately

Aarsi reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 weeks, or earlier when possible

  • Dispatch timelines may vary during peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible

Customers will receive order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

5. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier service

  • Aarsi is not responsible for courier delays once dispatched

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes payable by the customer

Shipping risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return requests must be raised within 3-4 day of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags intact

  • Sale items, customized pieces, or international orders may not be eligible for return

Aarsi reserves the right to approve or deny returns after product inspection.

7. Intellectual Property

All brand elements including:

  • Brand name Aarsi

  • Logos

  • Designs

  • Product images

  • Content

are legally protected. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Aarsi shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss due to misuse of products

  • Delays beyond reasonable control

Purchases are made at the customer’s discretion.

9. Privacy

Customer information is collected only for order processing, communication, and marketing (with consent).
We do not sell or misuse personal data.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
