1. Shipping Methods
International Buyers: Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only.
Domestic Buyers: Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post only.
2. Shipping Timeline
Orders are shipped within 8-14 days from the date of order confirmation and payment or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping timelines are subject to courier company or postal authority norms.
We strive to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within the stipulated timeframe; however, SUKHMANI PRINTEX INC. is not liable for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
3. Delivery Address
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer during the order process. Please ensure the address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays or errors.
Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated promptly and may not be guaranteed after the order is processed.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery of our services/products will be confirmed via the email ID specified during registration.
For physical goods, buyers are encouraged to inspect the parcel upon delivery to ensure it is intact and not tampered with.
5. Responsibility for Shipping Delays
While we ensure timely handover of consignments to courier or postal authorities, delays beyond our control may occur due to:
Weather conditions.
Strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions.
Courier or postal service disruptions.
SUKHMANI PRINTEX INC. shall not be held liable for such delays.
6. Buyer’s Responsibility Upon Receipt
It is the buyer’s responsibility to:
Inspect the parcel for any visible damages or tampering before accepting delivery.
Record an unopened parcel opening video for claims regarding damaged or missing items. Claims without such a video will not be entertained.
7. International Shipping Charges, Customs, and Duties
For international orders, buyers may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees as per the destination country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Buyers are encouraged to check local customs regulations before placing an order.
8. Tracking and Support
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to your registered email address.

9. Refunds for Delivery Issues
